When COVID-19 halted the wedding industry in 2020, Charlotte Graham needed to pivot fast. I helped her transform Shot by Char from a wedding and fashion photography business into a personal brand photography service for entrepreneurs — building the entire brand system from scratch over 2020–2021.

This was a complete repositioning.

From that research, we built a new brand identity. The voice shifted from romantic and celebratory to confident and professional. The messaging focused on what entrepreneurs actually need: imagery that builds authority, attracts clients, and elevates their professional presence.
I wrote new website copy that positioned Charlotte as a specialist in personal brand photography. The copy explained the value clearly. Not just pretty photos, but strategic imagery designed to strengthen a professional brand.
I created media kits and brand materials that entrepreneurs could understand and trust. Messaging frameworks that Charlotte could use across every client touchpoint.
