01What should I include in my message?

The shortest possible answer: who you are, what the brand is, and what's prompting the outreach now. A few sentences is plenty. I'll ask follow-up questions in the reply - you don't need to write a brief upfront.

02What if I'm not sure what I need?

That's a useful starting point too. Some clients arrive that way. Tell me what you're seeing. The symptoms, the friction, the questions you can't quite answer and I'll suggest the engagement that's likely to fit. An audit is a good starting point.

03Do you take small projects?

Sometimes. The minimum engagement is the brand audit. Below that, I usually point clients toward a copywriter or generalist.

04How far out are you booking?

Audits typically begin within 2-3 weeks of contract. Full strategy or system engagements are usually 4-8 weeks out, depending on the season. If timing is critical, mention it in the note - I'll be honest about whether it's possible.

05Do you work with international clients?

Most of my work is international: UK, US, Australia, SE Asia. I'm based in Cambodia (UTC+7) and work asynchronously by default.

06What are your payment terms?

50% to begin, 50% on delivery for fixed-scope engagements. Monthly retainer for ongoing work. Payment via bank transfer, Wise, or invoice through your accounts system if you prefer. Full terms are in every contract.

07What if you decline my project?

If we're not a fit (wrong stage, wrong scope, wrong moment), I'll say so clearly and, where possible, point you toward someone who is a better match. No waitlist gimmicks. The brand industry has too many of those already.
